The founder of SPACE MEP Consultants Er. Arun P is a B Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur and a Member of Institution of Engineers (M-1719852) India. We started as Electrical Consultants in 2002 at Thrissur, initially providing consultancy services to prominent Builders, Architects and clients based throughout Kerala. Over the period of 20 years numerous clients, builders and architects have acquired our services for a wide variety of projects ranging from residential, commercial, industrial, hospitals, educational institutions and resorts.
Consultancy service in the building construction sector was unorganized. Hence the need arose for consultants like us to provide sound technical and proper advice to clients & architects to liaison well with Government Sanctioning Authorities. Our services ensure cut back in unnecessary expenses and timely finishing of projects so as to maximize profits. From 2012 onwards we have expanded our service profile to MEP Consultancy and Lighting Consultancy, by which we have crossed almost 600+ projects benchmark. And as of today we are proud to say that we have a PAN India project Clientele base, ranging to many other states also. Our endeavor is to instill professionalism to Construction sector and imbibe safer, energy efficient MEP practices. To meet such vision our team comprises of Experienced Design Engineers and Inspection Engineers. We have developed ourselves into MEP Project Management Services also, which is becoming a growing need in the industry now a days.
